What this means for you is varied workouts with elements of olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and sprints.Kettlebells, gymnastic rings, medicine balls, jumping boxes will all play a part in your training. Don't expect to simply switch off and sweat. Mastery of each skill will open the gateway to new and more sophisticated progressions.The functional movements you learn at Crossfit NorthEastEngland will also carry over into your day to day lives. Learning to use the body's natural movement patterns to pick things up, carry and throw them. Learning to harness the power your body can generate to climb, pull and jump. Functional movements and cool toys are great but the magic really is in the intensity. It is the crucible in which you will learn about yourself. Workouts are timed or measured to test YOU now against YOU in months or years time. In group sessions, let competition spur you on to greater efforts.
